Smarttop Delivery Policy – Carriage Costs


Once we are in receipt of your order you will be issued an email or contact you confirming stock availability and an estimated delivery/dispatch date for your goods. The vast majority of our goods are dispatched within 1-2 working days from receipt or your order.

Carriage Costs (Outside of Mainland UK)

As well as the UK mainland we also ship parts worldwide. All goods sent outside the UK mainland are sent via our courier delivery service which usually take approx 2-5 days (stock items only). Delivery costs to countries outside the UK mainland may vary depending on destination and size / weight of parcels.

We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you have placed we will notify you as soon as possible.

International delivery cost may slightly vary depending on the destination and volumetric weight of your order. The total delivery cost shown is an estimated cost, we will confirm the delivery cost of all worldwide & export orders via e-mail. All national and international orders are shipped from our warehouse based in London UK using a guaranteed courier service like DHL, TNT, FedEx, Business Post.

Carriage Costs (UK Mainland Only)

All delivery prices displayed on our site are based on a UK mainland delivery service. if you require goods sent to a different location please select it from the delivery location menu on the basket page before you place your order online. All goods sent via our next day courier delivery are charged at a rate of between £4 and £25 depending on the size and weight of the item(s) (UK Mainland only).

Small goods products are dispatched via Royal Mail ‘Recorded Delivery Service’ and charged at a rate of between £1 and £6 depending on the size and weight of the item(s).

If you are ordering online, the carriage costs are calculated and displayed to you before you place your order. If you are ordering by telephone, please confirm the carriage costs with the member of staff taking your order.

If you are ordering multiple items on a single order these may be dispatched from different manufacturers and additional charge may be added to the cost of your order per item to cover the cost of carriage of each additional item. Please note that items that are not in-stock in our warehouse could mean that you may receive multiple deliveries.

Product Availability

Many of the products you see on our website are held in stock in our warehouse and are dispatched within 1-2 working days from receipt or your order, all other items will be ordered direct from the Manufacturer / or Importer.

Items held in stock with the Manufacturer / Importer are delivered to us within 1-3 working days from receipt or your order (please allow at least 48hrs for orders for dispatch to you). All items which are out of stock at our warehouse and are out of stock with the manufacturer / Importer usually take between 1-3 weeks on average to arrive from Europe. Some special made to order parts can take between 4 -6 weeks to manufacturer, should this be the case you will be notified on your estimated delivery/dispatch date.

Next-Day Courier Service

Most goods are dispatched using our next day delivery courier service this is based on orders received before 12.00pm and all items being in stock in our warehouse. This service is only available on working days this is NOT a guaranteed ‘next day delivery’ service. All other items are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery service. International orders will vary in delivery times depending on the country.

Please note that all deliveries require a signature on delivery. We DO offer you the option to have you’re goods delivered to an alternative address to the billing address of the card you used to pay for your order to aid you in this matter.
